VNC Server Error 1603 / Win11 23H2 Installation Error

Hi ,

i used VNC Server & Viewer almost everyday. Since my extension of the subscription i could not install

a new 7.13.1 VNC Server Version on my Win11 23H2 Build 22631.4974

Every Time it directly stops with " Setup wizard ended prematurely ... " Error 1603

1.  No , i have not the VNC Viewer on the same machine

2.  No , i can not send VNC Server logs as it wont install

Maybe somebody has a link to the older versions of VNC Server , Thanks
