RNC IS HORRIBLE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
OUR VNC ACCOUNT HAS HAD AN UNAUTHORIZED UPGRADE WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE A DOWNGRADE. I am the business owner and did not authorize any of these changes. I have been out of the office for several months as my father passed away. We had a legacy plan with 3 computers where we could run 3 concurrent sessions. Now, you are trying to charge me more money and only allowing 2 concurrent sessions. This is unacceptable. I have left 5-10 messages for customer service with no follow-up or assistance. This is poor customer service. I will not pay for this plan. I need someone to call me immediately. We are locked out of our most crucial computer and can't work. Nobody is answering the help or chat for days now. I will NOT update our billing information and I will not pay for this BS plan as I did no authorize it. If you want to retain my business, call me at 303-809-4772 to come up with an appropriate solution; otherwise, disable my account and I will go to a different company.
