Establishing a connection failed because there are too many existing concurrent sessions.

I have one system server and trying to connect that machine with another system throgh VNC viewer.  I was keep on getting Establishing a connection failed because there are too many existing concurrent sessions although there is only one machine (server) only. I have checked in RealVNC site and logged out from all the devices which earlier logged in. There are no active sessions however I am still not able to connect to server. Below are the images attached for your reference. could any one help me to reset my account / solve this problem.

  • After the same problem, which arrived for no apparent reason, I can't resolve it. I opened two requests for assistance, but no one has responded to me for 10 days

  • you need to update to the latest version the server side, after that you will see how many seat are taken on the bottom of the vnc viewer and also on the web page on youre account you will be able to close active session and see who is connected
