****Cannot end the session created from my IPhone****
I'm experiencing this issue that has happened twice so far. The first instance was on January 8th, and it was resolved by the technical support team by ending the session. The second happened this Tuesday, February 18th, but unfortunately, I haven't received any assistance despite submitting a help ticket.
In both cases, the issue was triggered when I accessed the server from my iPhone. Notably, our server has been updated to the latest version (7.13.1).
I suspect that the problem might not be related to the VNC Server, but rather with the VNC Viewer. It may be worth investigating this aspect as well.
