Duo authentication was denied (Mac)

Hello, I am having an issue using Duo MFA with RealVNC Connect. I have VNC server set up and running on 3 Windows desktops so I am sure the Duo information being populated on the Mac is the same as the Windows machines.

When connecting to the Mac from RealVNC Connect, we get an error that says "Duo authentication was denied"

VNC works if we use plain Mac username without MFA enabled.

    Disregard. It was the difference between a Mac username and a Windows username spelling.
