Cannot Control Remote Computer

I am currently attempting to get a remote Mac to work in the RealVNC Viewer on another Mac, but not able to control the remote Mac. I am able to view the Mac from the viewer. I have made sure that settings such as "view only" and the cursor settings were correct, install the latest version of RealVNC Server on the remote Mac, change permissions, etc. and still cannot get things to work properly. This Mac is in a team with other Macs and Windows devices that are able to be controlled and viewed properly. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
