Hi, we are interested in buying your software RealVNC. However, after conducting various scans by our IT department, VirusTotal showed a 1/71 detection with Huorong identifying it as Trojan/BAT.Agent.dv. We would appreciate it if you could provide any remediation for this issue. Thanks.
