  • Also unable to sign-in to license server on a new install of VNC Server.

Says that it can't find an active subscription associated with this account.

I can log-in to via the website with the user name and password.

  • I have the same connection error, but in my case, when activating the server on a Raspberry pi.

I have upgraded to the latest version 7.13.0 but I still have the same issue.

The server couldn't find the subscription using my account, but the client could, so I guess this is related to the server app.

RealVNC services cannot be contacted.  The error message is:

    Hosted Application error: HTTP Gone

If this problem persists, re-register RealVNC Server with RealVNC services or contact RealVNC technical support
