Show only the Primary Screen

Is there a way (on the server side) to set VNCServer to only show 1 of multiple screens to users connecting via VNCViewer.

School environment.   Teachers use extended display where attendance, grades, etc. are frequently on their non-primary screen.  The visually impaired student connecting only needs to see the one screen and really should not be seeing the second screen.
