Restarting Mac Remotely - No Longer Able to Use RealVNC

When I first started using RealVNC, I could remotely restart my Mac and RealVNC would start and allow me to log in.

This is no longer the case.

I'm currently using macOS Sonoma 14.6.1.  Is this something that changed with an update that prevents this from occurring?  (i.e., are RealVNC drivers loaded after the master password prompt to login now whereas before it was loaded before the login prompt?)
