Unable to migrate a connection from Home to Lite

I need to migrate a connection from a Home team to a Lite team, but am unable to connect to the machine in the Home team as we no longer have an active subscription.  I tried contacting support via live chat but it tells me Home/Lite users aren't supported there.

aiui it's necessary to connect to a Home Team machine in order to migrate it to a new team (Lite), so I'm a bit stuck.  Does anyone have any ideas?
