not able to copy the selected text from vnc client to windows laptop ?

not able to copy the selected text from vnc client (Unix) to windows laptop ? but , from windows to VNC client copy and paste works.

I tried to open vnc config window through below command , but getting error

%vncconfig &

% vncconfig 
No VNC extension on display :15

Please help to resolve the issue.
