need Vnc help quickly--

I'm facing a time crunch and need to solve a connection issue quickly. I'm not able to trouble shoot this myself  actually could be making it worse. VNC's  tech support both chat and phone is not responding  HELP!

  • I have subscription of RealVNC professional. I used 3 out of 5 licenses, but I am not able to add the 4th one to my devices. What should I do?
