Web UI and app confused about plans
Like many posts here, I could not my home plan to switch to Lite. The web UI stated my home plan was a home plan and my new lite plan was a lite plan. But logging in via app, the app said the home plan was lite plan and lite plan was home plan. No way to check or resolve and I was denied the option to submit a ticket unless I paid for subscription since my "trial" had ended.
Clearly they don't give a flip about small business. I'm posting this simply to warn others to stay away from the lite plan, it's likely useless for most users and the company won't respond to emails or inquiries unless you pay.
