I can't get into the RealVNC server settings.

I installed RealVNC server on my laptop with debian operating system, my desktop environment is XFCE.
I can't access the RealVNC server settings, I get this window:

I have access to sudo and su, I have studied the forum, but I have not understood how to be able to configure RealVNC server.
I am still new to Linux (I have only dealt with Windows before), please explain in detail and step by step how I can configure VNC server and preferably be able to change the settings from the GUI interface.

At the moment I can connect from the RealVNC website:

Thanks in advance!

  • I installed xterm, but the problem remains.
I installed x11vnc, this server has no connection problems, except that file transfer with realvnc viewer doesn't work, but that's not a feature I really need at the moment.
Anyway, I hope this problem will be fixed in the future, as realvnc is more convenient than other vnc in all parameters and features.
