RealVNC Connect Setup doesn't give me the opportunity to connect my Mac Mini

I'm trying to connect my Mac mini as a server, but when I go through the setup process, it doesn't give me the chance to connect my Mac mini as a server!?! I can't find another way to add it. Can someone help, please?
