HOW BAD THIS APP IS NOW!

I had 3 computers now I have 2 and I can't add the 3rd one back nor will it update my subscription I bought - and nothing works or connects since I bought a subscription - there is no where to update the subcription. I wasted my money!!! I had so many downloads of the server connections & viewer I had to delete them from my downloads on my computer - they don't work anyway.

  • From the site "The easiest way to avoid any disruption and to keep your existing users and devices is to upgrade to a paid subscription. Your Team (with your named users and registered devices) will be automatically migrated to your new subscription." so I did that and nothing works - I would laugh over this if I wasn't so upset. There is a new company I'm going to check out. No one helps on this one.

  • I don’t know what has happened recently, new management potentially? But they have now prioritized profit over customer service and the product quality
