Use VNC in webport

I wounder if I can create like a shortcut och perhaps write a script to get a startup command to get a specific window in VNC to apair.

I have costumer ho need it to be simple like a bottom to press then show me the right window without you need to star VNC first then the connection. Then i can use it in different program as well.
