After upgrading macOS, Caton cannot be used!

Now, upgrading macOS to 13.6, also turn on desktop sharing and without installing any third-party components, using VNC-Viewer 7.5.1 to connect macOS seat sold images frame by frame, and even can see the effect of sweeping, very clunky, can not be used. The same goes for unlimited speed LAN usage, so exclusion is the reason for network speed.

Is it due to the VNC-Viewer setup, or does the new version of macOS need to modify and optimize some Settings, or what?
