Multiple monitor scrolling

I would like to be able to scroll from one remote monitor to the other on my remote system without having to switch between monitors individually. I am working from a Chromebook running VNC Viewer in Linux environment. I was able to facilitate on a previous version but I am unsure on which or how I was able to facilitate. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
