HOW DO YOU GET REAL VNC'S ATTENTION???

I have experienced poor customer service, but this takes the cake. I'm trying to update my credit card information but the damned account is locked and REALVNC won't answer email, put me through to a real person with their goofy automated assistant or answer their listed phone number.  It's getting obvious that they don't want my company's business.  We have an enterprise account but we are getting steerage-level service!

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO GET THROUGH TO THESE PEOPLE?

    Many thanks for your post and I am sorry to hear about your frustration in trying to reach a member of our team. Our Support team currently operate between 10AM and 9PM GMT, Monday to Friday, and aim to respond to all enquiries within 1 business day. We are currently reviewing these hours of operation with a view to extending them so that we can better support customers globally.

    We have reviewed your interactions with our virtual assistant Veronica and we will look to introduce improvements as appropriate. We can see you tried reaching our Sales and Customer Success teams via Veronica but unfortunately they weren't available to respond immediately. We will pass your feedback on to the manager of those teams.
