How to send Ctrl-Alt-Shift keyboard shortcuts

Hi there,

I'm trying to use the RealVNC client to connect to a VNC server but it seems to be stealing keyboard shortcuts and so far I've not managed to find a solution.

I'm using VSCode so want to use the common shortcuts such at Ctrl-Alt-Shift + Arrow.
