Cannot connect to new win11 server, connects to linux just fine.

The error message is "Timed out waiting for a response from the computer"

The viewer is running on mac Sanoma 14.3.1.

It connects to two other computers running raspberry pi's just fine.

The logs on the win11 pc do not show any connection attempts.

I can ping both ways just fine, all are on the same local network.
