Lost connectivity
Continuous error message.
”There was a problem establishing this connection”.
This has been happening for the last half an hour, having used it just fine up until now.
After an hour the error message now says “Not currently listening for cloud connections”
Connectivity fine at both ends. What’s going on?

Same here. Can't access any remote machines. It fails to look up VNC Server and my viewer thinks I'm offline It shows "No Network Connection" in the app under my name. Which is not right as there is nothing wrong with my network connection.
Remote machines also have network connection. No problems there.
So there is clearly a problem with server lookup at the RealVNC end.
Just got connectivity back! Not sure if it’s because I rebooted computers at both ends, or if there was a VNC server fault, but all good!
I did nothing.
Went away for a bit. Came back. Tried again. All working.
I haven't seen any downtime on any of my connections, maybe it was location specific?
