Issue with activating online
Hello - new to RealVNC here. We are testing a trial license of VNC Server for secure remote connections between a Windows and Mac device. When reaching the VNC Server activation step that prompts for user login to authenticate against the online account for activation, we get the error: Sorry, we can't contact our account services at the moment. Please check your computer's network or proxy settings and try again. I do have a valid account and can login just fine on browser.
We do think this is Cisco Umbrella/VPN block issue whether or not we are on VPN. Can someone share what URL(s) and public IPs the realVNC server online activation is using so we can whitelist in our environment to fix this activation problem?
