Troubleshooting Black Screen Issues with RealVNC on a Windows Server Without a Graphics Card
Hello everyone,
I'm currently facing an issue with my Windows server setup. The server doesn't have a dedicated graphics card, and when I try to use RealVNC for remote access, I only get a black screen. I'm looking for advice or solutions on how to resolve this problem to achieve successful remote access. Any tips or guidance on troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you in advance for your assistance!

I have the same problem, but in my case there is a graphiccard. I got the problem if i turn the monitor off. is there any solution?
I see this on some of my Windows devices too. I tried the steps in https://help.realvnc.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004012211-Display-issues-when-connecting-to-RealVNC-Server-running-on-Windows but the only one that reliably worked was buying an EDID dongle to plug into the HDMI port because I couldn't have a monitor attached all the time.
