Select Network

Hello.  Is there a way to select which network VNC Server uses to receive connection requests?  

I have my local network, and then a VPN network that when I'm connected, blocks any incoming connections to VNC Server or outgoing ones from VNC Viewer.  Adding a firewall exception is not possible. 

Is there a way to select which network VNC uses?  There's an option like that with TeamViewer, but I live VNC better.
