Shared vnc session to PC actively being used

Hi,

I'm trying to setup a training PC (Alma Linux) that allows one user to be sat at the physical hardware with an application open. Another PC (also Alma Linux) should then be able to create a shared VNCviewer session that shows the same desktop as on the training PC without removing the desktop/control from the original user. I'm currently knocking the orignal user out. Any advice on how to resolve or enable?
