I can't use GREENshot making a screenshot when I using the realVNC

Dear expert ：

  I met some problem when I using GREENshot  to make a screenshot when I using RealVNC  ,it is impossible to do it .I want to ask you if it is a bug or the software has no function about this .   I have never met this kind of problem when I use ultraVNC

    I think this is a basic function ,as the best VNC software ,the realVNC should have this function
