Where do I find the registration "file" for VNC 7

We have been running VNC Connect for years for a business with 25 licenses.  

We use Offline Registration for this client.

The VNC information refers to the need for a registration file, not the Rego numbers we are used to entering.

We are unable to find where we can get this file. If we use the number on Version 6 then upgrade to 7 all is well except for a notification that appears. If we install version 7 then add the Rego number, the registration is not accepted. So no VNC without the file - Having logged on the portal, we still see no reference to the file and there seems no way to obtain this Rego file via the app.
