Viewer 7.8.0 (r5145) x64 keypress repetition

ONLY on this Windows release, I am experiencing 100% consistent keypress repetition when typing fast on any remote server to which I connect.  When I connect from my RealVNC Viewer on my iPad M2 to the remote server, this keypress repetition does NOT occur.

    Which version of Server do you have on the remote computer? I haven't seen this on 7.8.0 for both Viewer and Server
