VNC 2 step Authentication is seriously flawed. They state wait hour for email.

So Trying to get in and this 2 step Authentication- I understand and if it works to would be fine, but they can't seem to send emails. My email is 100% fine - works great - why can't I get emails? They offer nothing but message board support for home users. Guess need to fiund another solution.
