issue deploying licenses via GPO

I have a particular domin that keeps having issue with .ADM for group policy license deployment.
Its working fine in the other domains I am managing. I have also updated the ADMX files but it still will not let me manage the GPO to assign the licenses through the registry. Anone else have this problem before?
 
"Display names for some settings cannot be found. You might be able to resolve this issue by updating the .ADM files used by Group Policy Management."

    Nach dem mit der 7.9.0 sich der Lizenz-Key verändert hat (ist jetzt 1849 Zeichen lang), muss dieser anders eingegeben.

    Die Stelle habe ich gefunden, aber egal wie ich es probiere funktioniert es nicht.

    Hier die Stelle zum Eingeben:

    Nach dem der Key solange ist, gehe ich davon aus dass man diesen zerstückeln muss. Aber wie?
