Problems with comma and question mark in remote machine

We have a RealVNC server in a Windows 10 machine.

In another Windows 10 machine, when we press the NumPad dot, we see a comma. If in Excel I press question mark(Which in my keyboard is Shift + / ), the font size is changed, really weird.

The keyboard layout is correct, I'm using PT-BR ABNT2 keyboard.

Any tips?
