How to autohide rvnc connect window

When i run `startx` rvnc connect always opens a window infront of everything i want to see (see screenshot). How do i make it so this window never appears?

  • What I did was

    sudo apt-get install wmctrl

    and create a service that runs the command:

     wmctrl -c "RealVNC Server"
