Change from commerciall to non_commerciall(lite)

A week or so ago when I initially set up my VNC account, I set it up as a commercial account instead of a non commercial account. I am using a desktop windows computer and as Viewer and a Raspberry PI 4 and the Server. How do I back out of the commercial account and set it up as non-commercial account(lite)
