local input of locked out when I connect

I have to systems that I would like to watch. They are windows 11 systems. When I connect to the systems the local system freezes. 

Reason:

I have two kids that I need to watch to make sure they are doing their school work. When I connect to observe the system freezes. I can control the system but they cant.
