VNC cloud connections problems perhaps unknown to RealVNC

I'm not able to connect again similar to the outage 2-3 days ago. When I check the "RealVNC Status" page it says all systems are operational. I have a redundant way connect and that works fine so the problem is not on my end. Is anyone aware of a way to report outages? Or a way to get outage updates?

  • VNC again not working in Austria. Same as last week. No connection, No error message and:
    NO SUPPORT FROM REALVNC
The Chat Bot does not help at all. Finally it tells you that there is no support for customers without business account...

    Regards. Martin

  • I think it is necessary to look for an alternative solution, it works for several days from breaking for a long time.
So impossible. The work process stops, there is no stability.

Buying a license, you hope for stable work

  • I have a paid subscription and with all honesty I have to say this is the first time I have had this issue after using the application for several months now. I just got an email from tech support telling me that they are working hard to get this issue resolved.
