Unable to login to the remote desktop. Vnc not working

I am not able to connect to any of my 5 devices across various places. The error which is showing is " Hosted boot strap error: No more bootstrap servers" . Any solutions to this.. Have raised multiple tickets but no response it almost some 6 hours have passed without resolution

    Still the issue is unresolved for me.. Kindly help with some solution

    still I am having issue, Technical support should give an update and resolve the issue asap, its 2 days still not able to connect, same error we are getting " Hosted boot strap error: No more bootstrap servers"
