Unexpected RealVNC screen

I have a RaspberryPi running a dedicated app. Twice in recent days a RealVNC Server screen has popped up saying "No users are currently connect. ..."

Why would VNC Server by displaying this message?  I am wondering if a hacker has found the Pi (which is connected to the internet).
