VNC Viewer 30 Second Lag/disconnect (Paid Account)

The product is currently unusable due to lag.  It takes up to a minute to connect, then it take up to 30 seconds to register a click, but only if it doesn't lose connection.  I've been using this product for 4 years and I have never experienced anything like this, but everyone in my company is having the same issue.  Other remote connection solutions still work without any issue.  I've been looking for a place to report a problem with the server, but all I can find is a page that tells me the server is up with no problems reported.
