Real VNC An Authentication error occured

Hi, Support.

Client Information:

RealVNC Server: macOS Ventura 13.1

VNCViewer: Windows 11

may i ask advice what happened to my realvnc server? when first time i install, i was able to do remotely from my windows computer. but now i got error An authentication error occurred. See the VNC Server error log for details.

1. how do i fix this issue?

2. it say see the VNC Server error log for details, how do i check the logs?

username and password i use is from local MAC users with admin previledges.

 

need your help.

    I am using VNC Viewer not Server and am getting this same error when trying to connect to a machine using VNC Viewer running windows 11.  

    The Netlogon service is running and not able to do the last fix in the fix page, Change the NtLogonAsInteractive parameter to True

    what can I do to make real vnc viewer connect a remote on the same network? when Configuration Manager Remote Control connects successfully without any issues to the same pc trying to connect using Real VNC?
