VNC Server Not Auto Starting with Windows 11 Before Login
Just installed VNC Server onto a new Win11 PC. Works fine while the user is logged into Windows. Also still works if the user logs out and returns to the Win11 login screen. However, if you reboot the Win11 PC, when it boots back up to the logon screen, any VNC connection attempts results in not listening for cloud connections. The VNC service is set to automatic and nothing seems to be different on the install than my other VNC server PCs, which connect after you reboot, but before login.
