VNC logic problem when on ipad with external display, keyboard and mouse.

Hi, on begining I would like to thank you for great app and every update you provide. 

app works very well with keyboard and mouse, its great feature. problem i have is when i connect external display, vnc then changes to explicit vnv mode with touch controls on ipad touchscreen and full remote screen on external display.

when using k+m, this touch controls are not necessary and explicit window is not multitask friendly :)

its desired that vnc would behave same as it would work on ipad screen only

maybe it would be possible to allow user to change this behaviour in settings? ex:
[dont use additional control on primary screen when using vnc on external display]
