Comma instead of fullstop

I use professional RealVNC to control my windows pc.

In some input masks of my medical software, RealVNC connect put the "," instead of ".".

I have localized Italian windows 10 and QWERTY italian keyboard.

It happens from both windows RealVNC connect and Android RealVNC connect. Only way to do the fullstop in that mask is to use ALT+46.

It's very problematic.
