Unable to connect to VNC Server

Good afternoon! Help please. We can't connect to VNC Server via VNC Viewer. When launching the application via a mobile phone, it writes an error (see Photo #1). And please tell me more - how to change the password to connect? The phone just has a memorized one, and the password itself is forgotten. We are trying to connect to the IP address: 192.144.30.138
