Still view only on Mac (Ventura 13.3.1) after following Known Issues walkthrough

I followed the steps listed in your Known Issues, but I still have view only access from Win 11 to Mac.

I went so far as removing the entries of vncagent from both Screen Recording and Accessibility sections and browsing for them again, but there was no change to view only limitation.
