Once you’ve added instant support to your VNC Connect subscription:
- Set up your team by naming the technicians who will provide the support service.
- Ensure each technician downloads VNC Viewer and signs in using their own RealVNC account credentials (email address and password).
- Instruct technicians to follow these steps to start sessions.
Once connected, a technician can control the remote computer using their local keyboard and mouse, as though they were sitting in front of it.
