If you’ve already purchased a Professional or Enterprise subscription, there’s no need to buy another. Just add the number of technicians you need to meet expected demand to your existing subscription at any time by clicking the Add capacity button on the Billing page of your RealVNC account.
If you’re making a new purchase, simply choose a number of technicians in step 3:
Once your subscription is enabled, follow these instructions to name a team member as a technician and get started.
Note: If you have a trial, instant support is already available. As the team owner, you are automatically named as the (single) team technician.
