Yes, at any time.
You can do this on the Billing page of your RealVNC account. To add capacity to:
- Device access, choose a larger remote computer tier.
- Instant support, increase the number of technicians.
If you currently only have one of these capabilities, you can add the other.
Note that in some circumstances, we’ll replace your old subscription with a new one, notify you of the new renewal date, and credit you for any full unused months.
If we do give you a new subscription, you only need relicense the software in certain circumstances. Most of the time, we’ll handle relicensing automatically for you.
